Dr Elizabeth Donald who has worked extensively in the

NHS as a A&E Doctor and a GP for the last 25 years.

She has a passion for holistic treatments that enable patients to enhance not only their appearance but their longevity.

After caring for her elderly parents at the same time as becoming a first time mum at 44, Dr Donald started to look outside her classic medical training to look at alternatives which she was blinkered to for most of her career. She realised she needed to explore the world of longevity to make sure she remains in the best health and fitness for her daughter for decades to come.
